I am Anderson Gomez, the Principal of IM-Capital, a prospective buyer of UK businesses. IM-Capital is a trading name of IM-Consulting Services Ltd, which is the data controller. Where I got your details

From public sources: Companies House and the FAME company database. I email corporate addresses of limited companies and LLPs only.

Why I contact you

I have a legitimate interest in identifying a business to acquire and run, and in contacting owners about a possible sale. I have weighed this against your interests and rights. A summary of that assessment is available on request.

How I use age information

Public Companies House records include a director's month and year of birth. I use this to prioritise owners who may be considering succession. This is a form of profiling. It is never mentioned in my emails.

Who processes the data

Google Workspace, Mailmeteor, the website host, Google booking pages, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. I do not sell your data.

Cookies and website analytics

This website uses only essential storage unless you choose otherwise. If you click Accept on the cookie notice, I use Google Analytics (GA4) to see in aggregate which pages are visited. If you click Reject, or ignore the notice, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

How long I keep it

If we have not been in touch, I delete your details 24 months after my last contact. If you opt out, I keep only your email address on a suppression list so that I do not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to my use of it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. I honour opt-outs within 48 hours.
